With his performance of Erik Satie's texts, he delighted audiences at the Brucknerhaus in 2022. Now, Erwin Steinhauer returns as a guest, accompanied by the Neue Wiener Concert Schrammeln, bringing along the novel Der Gaulschreck im Rosennetz by Fritz von Herzmanovsky-Orlando: a unique love letter to the bygone Austro-Hungarian monarchy—grotesque, whimsical, wryly critical, and above all, uproariously funny!
