"SOLITAIRE" - NEW CD RELEASE - SEPTEMBER 15, 2023

I am thrilled to announce that my new album 'Solitaire', a collaboration with my esteemed colleague and friend, pianist Christoph Ulrich Meier, will be released on September 15, 2023, by the American label Odradek Records.

Solitaire as a term is ambiguous and denotes a single set gemstone as well as a single piece in general. Created during two pandemic-affected years of isolation, this album consists of little-known individual works for violin and piano, all of them musical gems by famous composers who influenced each other, whether as friends, patrons or even antipodes.
